Elmira to Cleveland

I had to redo this section after discovering that Twain did not travel through Salamanca to Dunkirk, as I had first supposed. I learned that he had a two hour lay over in Buffalo en route to Cleveland. Consequently I made new versions of the first two videos and discarded the third original video. If there are any historians and/or railroad aficionados reading this and know something about the Delaware Lackawanna and Western line, please take a look. I'm always interested into making additions and corrections where needed.
