Here was a gallery of photos from what was possibly my favorite solo day hike. From the Tioga Pass trailhead, to the top of Mt Dana. I then crossed the narrow arete onto Dana Plateau. It doesn't look it from the Tioga Pass road far below but this area is a beautiful rock garden. My photos don't nearly do it justice. The images are offered as is. I have not had the opportunity to do any enhancements outside of a little experimentation on contrast overlays. Several of the slides need further cleaning and rescanning. They've been buried for a long time.
